Two little girls in blue
Twin girls Kathy and Kelly Frawley are kidnapped, but only Kelly is found after the ransom is paid. The driver of the car that Kelly is found in has left behind a suicide note claiming that he killed Kathy and dumped her body in the ocean. However, Kelly receives telepathic messages from her supposedly dead twin so FBI agents continue to search for the missing girl.
