When an unknown assailant attacks Judge Moore in a parking garage, two of the city's top cops are assigned the case. When the judge is then kidnapped, detectives Kovac & Liska face both a maze of suspicions & a ticking clock. Their path leads along a dark trail of smoke & mirrors where no-one is what they seem.
