White House adviser Jon Bennett is the chief architect for an Arab-Israeli peace plan, at the heart of which lies the discovery of petroleum that could benefit everybody. However, the catch is that the United States will only commit billions of dollars of venture capital to the petroleum project if the two sides sign a peace treaty. Matters become even more complicated when certain men who do not relish a post-Saddam era threaten the Middle East's relative stability.
