When a popular toymaker goes missing, famous supersleuth Basil of Baker Street and his trusty assistant Dr. Dawson discover that Basil's archenemy Professor Ratigan is behind the disappearance; it takes Basil's finest detective work to locate the toymaker and reunite him with his daughter Olivia.
