In what is touted as the final Pretty Little Liars episode, Hanna, Aria, Emily, and Spencer are faced with a murder trial, while Ali, the putative victim, goes into hiding with the plan to get ultimate revenge through the court while escaping to a new life of freedom. Within the space of a week, Emily seems to have committed suicide, Aria runs away to Europe, and a jury finds the girls guilty of murder, even though no body has been found. Fans of the series will appreciate this conclusion, but even they may find that the suspension of disbelief required is little short of breathtaking.--Goldsmith, Francisca Copyright 2015 Booklist

In the final installment--really this time--of the long-running series, the PLLs face murder charges for killing (still-alive) Alison. Each girl makes impulsive choices during their trial, from running away to getting married.
