When a real estate tycoon sets in motion a proposal to turn a small ski town into a posh year-round resort, his lawyer, Rick, discovers his childhood sweetheart, Lisa, is the local attorney who will do whatever necessary to stop the demolition of the town. After a car accident forces Rick to stick around, the small town, and his former beloved, begin to work their magic on him.
