Former actress-turned-chocolatier Becca Ransom, while testing new flavors in preparation for the annual Gondola Races, must prove the innocence of her grandfather, the event's organizer, in the murder of local curmudgeon Archie Smith, who was stirring up trouble in an attempt to keep tourists away from Larch Haven.
