Two weeks before his wedding Constable Evans reluctantly takes on a case involving a missing hiker. He finds no trace of the girl, but comes across a well-stocked bunker with chains and handcuffs. A series of clues lead Evans to believe that he is dealing with a clever, but twisted mind and that he may have been the original target all along.
